Making custom Machine Head poles, with hand tools only + no vice. A file will straighten it out after I finish cutting it to length.

I put it on this little improvised hex-key setup to cut it, It's not perfectly ergonomic but it's workable, and keeps it in place.

These will be going on a two string piezoelectric instrument made from a Field Hockey stick!

Hi, I will be resurrecting this page to use as a bit of a portfolio for any repair work I do, in the hopes of advertising my services. Over the past few years I've become confident in my skills and will be restoring, repairing and reviving all sorts of instruments.

Just finished last week, here's a 3 string Banjo tuned in fifths. Video demonstration coming as soon as I can figure out how to play an instrument tuned in fifths-

Only hand tools were used to make this instrument, besides a drill to make holes for the tuners and tailpiece. I would love to say this was set as a challenge, but the fact is I just didn't have access to power tools whilst making it.

The neck is extremely sturdy and comfortably thick, and it feels great to hold and I can't see it bowing any time soon
