Poetry tings in my diary so far this month.

Tomorrow I'm off to Hyde Park Book Club to catch Ralph Dartford performing his new collection 'House Anthems'. Buy it coz it's bloody good!
Think tickets are still available for this event.

Wednesday I'm heading over to Wakefield for 'Getting Gobby in the Lobby' at Lobby 1867. Rose Condo & Nick Toczek headlining and Tom Priestley doing a spotlight slot.
All have headlined Spoken Worth in the past.

On the 22nd we're having us a little road trip to Scunthorpe to help raise some funds for our vulnerable elderly.
Starmer might not care about them but we do!

First up is 'Malnourished Intellect' this Thursday @ Waterstones book shop, Bradford as part of the Intercultered Festival.

Friday sees me at 5 Ways Recovery Academy in Leeds for a poetic celebration of people in recovery.
Starts 5pm

Sunday I'll be at The Chemic Tavern in Leeds for 'Poets Talking Bo****ks'.
Starts at 2.15pm
Free entry, PAYF donation

22nd of November sees me heading to Scunthorpe for 'Poets & Punks against Poverty' at Cafe INDIE.
All funds raised are for a good cause.... stopping our elderly from freezing this winter!
The Government might not care but we do ✊

It is with great sadness that we share news of the passing away of our friend and colleague Muppett last night.

To all who knew and loved him, you will be comforted to know that he passed away doing what he loves best, singing on stage at an open mic session during which he suffered a fatal heart attack.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time. Any information from them will be shared on the CNet website www.cnet.org.uk

Muppett will be greatly missed by many of us, but his enigmatic, quirky personality and love of people will always be remembered.
