Walking into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating. My own students ask me for gym advise, programmes, they are unsure what to do.
I see myself young kids in gyms all the time and feel I can help them build knowledge and understanding 👌🙌
Most teenagers don’t know where to start, what exercises to do, or how to train safely and effectively.
Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to teach young people the fundamentals of fitness in a supportive, friendly environment.
