Your 12-week mission:

💪 Attend 2 KC Fitness classes every week
👟 Complete 12,000 steps every day
📏 Submit your starting weight and measurements—kept completely private and confidential
✅ Progress check-ins at Weeks 4, 8 and 12

The person who loses the most weight over the 12 weeks will win…

Best choreographer in the highlands this girl has serious talent in many styles 😉 taught by the best , mentored by some of the worlds best choreographers, travelled the world in dance at the very best dance studios with famous choreographers, opportunities from Tv shows to dancing with diversity her whole life has been dedicated to dance AND recently been selected to dance with a top London crew and her training is next level 🔥
