🎭 Inverness Fringe is Coming to the City Centre

From 28 September to 4 October, the first InverNess Fringe Festival will bring a full week of creativity, performance, and energy into the city centre.

With theatre, comedy, music, dance and spoken word, the Fringe will showcase emerging local talent while drawing visitors into our venues and streets.

History is being made in the city centre as the very first Inverness Blues Festival takes place on Saturday 28 March 2026 from 12 noon, with incredible live music continuing until late.

Seven legendary blues artists and international talent will come together to deliver soul-stirring performances for a day of brilliant live music celebrating the roots of blues.

And there’s no need to worry about the Highland weather as the festival will be held under cover in a Big Top tent, so you can enjoy the music while staying sheltered.🎪🎸

Inverness Cocktail Week is returning for a second year, with a 10-day city-wide run planned from 20 February to 1 March 2026. Organisers say the wristband scheme is designed to “unlock discounted cocktails at the city's best bars and restaurants” during the event.
