We are hosting our annual school starter summer sessions again this year 🤩

Book in for your child’s school (there are 2 sessions for each school) and enjoy a friendly get to know you session.
Perfect for your little ones to meet others they will be starting school with and for grown ups to meet some other parents! 🙌

The sessions are now all on our booking system and can be booked like a normal play session.

CENTRE MANAGER – DAN'S DEN AT CHRISTCHURCH, ILKLEY
Would you like to join our mission to support Ilkley families by providing a warm welcome, a safe place to play and refreshments prepared on the premises?
We are looking for a new Centre manager with excellent people and leadership skills who can rise to the challenge. Working closely with the Church and Dan's Den trustees, you will deliver a valued community facility - soft play with a warm heart.
25 hours a week (extra hours possible, Sunday working may be required)
Actual Salary: approx £20,800 depending on experience

We are very pleased to say we will be reopening our doors tomorrow! 🤩

In order to give the team time to get everything ready to welcome you back we are opening at the slightly later time of 10.30! 🥰

We just wanted to drop you an update and let you know where things stand.

The damage caused by the lightning strike to the fire alarm system was extensive. ⛈️

Work is underway to fix it ASAP but our current time frame for reopening is early next week. 😢

This means we are closed for the rest of this week unfortunately. We will update our social media channels as soon as we have a definite reopening date! 🥰

We remain closed today after last week’s lightning strike. ⚡️

There are engineers on site today working hard so we hope we will be able to reopen very soon. 😊

Sadly this morning during the storm Christchurch was struck by lightning! ⚡️

Thankfully nobody was hurt but there has been some damage to the church building. ⛪️

While the damage is assessed and repairs take place Dan’s Den will be closed for the rest of this week. 😢

We will keep you updated on our social media pages but hopefully be back to normal very soon! 🦁

Anyone who has a booking with us over the next couple of days should have received an email informing them of closures. 🦁

⛈️ ⛈️. We are closed! ⛈️ ⛈️

Unfortunately we are having to close. The Church was struck by lightning this morning in the storm and has done some damage including knocking out the fire alarm system.

Until checks have been made and the fire alarm system back in place we are going to have to close for everyone’s safety.

We are doing what we can to contact people who are booked on with the limited internet we have at the moment. Please bear with us!

We are currently full on the first 2 sessions and are open as planned.

However the storm has caused problems, we have managed to get power back but it has wiped out our internet and phone line. If you need to get in touch please message on here and we will get back to you ASAP.

In the den we have the windows open and the fans on so it’s currently nice and cool if you are looking for a quiet space! 🥰
