Okay… this has just made everything feel VERY real! 👀

Our Northern Stage Awards trophies have officially arrived, ready to be presented at our very first Awards Night on Saturday 3rd October 2026! 🎭🌟

After an incredible season of productions, performances, backstage brilliance and unforgettable moments, these trophies will soon be heading home with some of our fantastic 2026 winners. 🏆

Months of adjudicating.
Hundreds of performers and crew recognised.
Countless hours of deliberations.
One HUGE night of celebration. 🥂✨

🎉 WE ARE OFFICIALLY A FULL HOUSE! 🎉

What a response! We are absolutely thrilled with the incredible excitement, enthusiasm and demand surrounding our Awards Night 2026. 🏆✨

We are delighted to announce that the event is now S0LD 0UT, and we cannot wait to bring everyone together for what promises to be an unforgettable evening of celebration! 🥂

We are just awaiting the final payments from some groups to fully confirm all places. In the meantime, we are operating a waiting list for anyone who may still be hoping to attend. Should spaces become available, these may be limited to single seats or pairs.

For now, though… let’s celebrate the fact that we have a jam-packed Awards Night ahead! 🎉

Tonight, we’re off to see “All Shook Up” performed by Together for Theatre Productions, and we can’t think of a better way to end the season than with a little rock ’n’ roll. 🎸

🌟 FULL STAR AWARDS SHORTLIST NOW ANNOUNCED 🌟

Following yesterday's Northern Stage Awards deliberations, our judging panel has now completed assessments for R***es, Dramas and Musicals, adding to the Pantomime Star Awards shortlist announced last month. We are announcing these awards early so those shortlisted can enjoy their time to shine and celebrate in advance!

We are thrilled to reveal the full Star Awards Shortlist, recognising 68 outstanding young performers across the season. These awards have been created specifically to celebrate younger performers in supporting and ensemble roles who made a lasting impression on our adjudicators.

🏆 9 Star Awards will be presented at this year's event, giving these talented young performers the opportunity to be recognised and celebrated for their achievements.

What an incredible day! A huge thank you to our dedicated team of adjudicators, coordinators and assistants, who spent nine hours carefully deliberating the exceptional talent we've had the privilege of witnessing this season.

📊 Latest statistics here - But we still have one Musical and one R***e remaining before the curtain falls on our inaugural season!

🎭 Coming Tomorrow (Sunday):
We'll be revealing the full Youth Star Awards Shortlist, celebrating outstanding young performers in ensemble and supporting roles. By announcing these awards ahead of the main shortlist, we're giving our talented young performers the opportunity to enjoy the spotlight they truly deserve.
