Hi everyone. Diary date!!
We know you were all keen to carry on yesterday so there will be an informal mini mambo social / practice session for two hours on Saturday the 4th March from 6-8 p.m. Same venue as the workshop and finishing early enough for you to go on to other clubs into the night if that's your bag. We know how many of you are keen for a regular On2 workshop and social but our schedules are a tad full right now so this is a little something for you to keep your skills up and mix with other mambo On2 keenies! We'll be doing it not for profit to keep Mambo alive so we're just covering hire, fuel and minimal admin time so £2 per person should cover it. Also, we are inviting you to plug in your phone and contribute to the playlist for a bit if you like? Very relaxed and easy going. L&G xx

Hi everyone. Finally, a date! Mambo Dojo - On2 workshop with Gareth and Laucinda on Sunday the 15th of January 2023.

Salsa On2 timing partner work class with guided drill / practice for established Intermediate dancers of On1 or On2 timing or higher level (not suitable for Beginners or Improvers).

TIME - 4 - 5.30 p.m.

LOCATION - Huntington Memorial Hall, 46 Strensall Rd, Huntington, York YO32 9SH. Beautiful dance space just off the outer ring road (A1237) with plenty of free private parking at the back. Plus the number 5 and 5A bus from town runs every 10 minutes to it and the bus stop is right outside the hall!

COST – Advance cheaper at £10 flat rate per person per class if you book in advance up to Sunday the 8th of January 2023 or £12 on the door. SumUp card payment links can be sent out in advance, plus BACs payments taken in advance, or card payments or exact cash taken on the day.

Well, it's been over a year and we've had a crazy time moving house, me launching a new dance business and now we are nearly at the point where Gareth will have completed his Masters (which has been tough on top of his already pretty full-on job). So we are hopeful that we may be able to relaunch Mambo Dojo in November 2022!! Woo-hoo, we'll keep you posted! X
