So to celebrate rather than teaching Zumba Gold at Houghton Village Hall I was serving up bacon in Scotland supporting BBC Radio One DJ Greg James on his final day of his 1000km tandem ride for Comic Relief and then onto the finish at Murray Field stadium in Edinburgh. Not my usual Friday morning but one I’ll never forget
