Today is the final day of West Berks Comedy Festival. It's been an absolute blast. Some great acts, some different takes on comedy, every audience has been fabulous, and so much support received from our wide variety of venues across the region. LAST CHANCE then to catch shows today at the Croft Hall in Hungerford. Stephen Carlin at 4pm, FREE beer tasting from Field+Theory at 5pm, Al Kitson at 7.30pm, and Joe Wells at 8.45pm. Come see one, come see them all. Tickets in advance (www.wbcf.uk) and on the door.... But if you have not been part of the West Berks Comedy Festival yet, don't miss doing something today!

Pretty much all seats taken for Alfie Moore on Saturday, but if you are free Saturday night and looking for a great laugh in the evening come along to the footy club for Musical Chairs. Three musical comedians take turns to make you laugh, and entertain you..... and the show is pay what you want. You only decide what to pay after the show is over....

Hungerford hosts its first event in the West Berks Comedy Festival in a couple of weeks (Sat July 18). Just a few seats left now for Alfie Moore's Matinee show. A few more still available for Musical Chairs in the evening - a pay what you want show featuring three musical comedians. Jokes, songs, laughter, licensed bar : what's not to like? And at the end of it all, local charities will get a share of any profits.

Just a month to go before the West Berks Comedy Festival gets underway. So many great acts coming to Hungerford, inc. Alfie Moore & Ashley Frieze/Friz Frizzle/Edi Johnson at Hungerford Town FC, Jacob Nussey & Burt Williamson at Hungerford Rugby Club, and Stephen Carlin, Alex Kitson and Joe Wells at the Croft Hall on the final day. (also Sandro Ford in Kintbury) It's going to be epic.

Looking forward to being part of the Street Market in Newbury tomorrow.... do pop by and say hello, and I can tell you about all the great acts coming our way in July, and the charities we're supporting. I think our pitch is likely to be near the bridge..... or if it's windy, nearer the canal...

Oh my.... less than two weeks to go now before the next Hungerford Comedy Club with the amazing Mitch Benn as our headliner, Stella Graham opening, and Sam Michael and G. Watson doing shorter sets in the middle.

What an absolute stonker of a night at Hungerford Comedy Club last night..... it would be wrong not to big up Dan Evans (pictured) and Kathryn Mather, but Raymond Timpkins gave it everything for one of their near final performances and there was such a lovely vibe in the room. To be fair, there always is a lovely vibe. I'm very lucky to be a part of it.
