On Friday, it’ll be 10 years since we took over that small basement on Zetland St. We never thought in a million years we’d be celebrating our 10th Birthday, especially in our own building. It really does show what you can achieve with hard work, dedication, sacrifice, teamwork and passion.

We are ready to step away from regular music events and towards new projects. First, we need to have a proper send off.

After 10 years, it's finally time for us to step away from regular live music events.

We will continue to give our all to music and Huddersfield’s music scene, but with different ideas, aims and ambitions. We want to achieve more in the studio, and develop other projects away from live events

BASSment Studios has always been a multifunctional space; so the event space will always be ready when the opportunity arises. It just might be 10 months or 5 years between events - whenever it may be, we all know it's gonna be a madness

We would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us this far; whether you are an avid raver; a creative that has merked my dance floor; a past or present audio engineering client; or you just speak our name. We couldn't have made it this far without you, and we’ll forever be grateful.

We have two shows left until we move forward with new projects; our Christmas show with Sector 7 and then our 10th Birthday event in March. Looking forward to joining you all in a proper send
