Embrace - Adult Empowerment Class

Embrace - Adult Empowerment Class Embrace is a Feel Good adult dance class for 18+. There is a car park on Bath Street which is free after 6pm and a two minute walk from the studios.

All about letting loose and having fun while exploring sensuous dance styles to empower and embrace all shapes, sizes and identities in a Judgement Free environment οΏ½ The studios are also a bus route and a 5 minute walk (maximum) from the train station at St George's Square.

Well we had an absolute ball in class tonight! ✨ Ladies you absolutely smashed it, we had a new starter tonight and she wiped the floor with all her sass!

I'm so proud of everyone that has attended Embrace so far, you've all flourished so quickly in progression and personality so give yourselves a hug and some of that gratitude we practise! Today's the big day!! I can't wait to see you all in my 1st class πŸ₯³πŸ˜ below are a few things I want you to keep in mind:

❀️ THANK YOU FOR TURNING UP:
You might have stepped out of your comfort zone having never danced, by being around new people with different levels of experience, by trying different styles of dance. Or you might not have had much exercise thanks to the pandemic- but you still turned up!! That is amazing, please congratulate yourself on that alone!!

❀️ EEEK!
It's okay if it's a little nerve racking, or even embarrassing, we don't know until we try!

❀️ JUDGEMENT FREE SPACE:
We are not here to compare ourselves but to take inspiration and celebrate where we're all at in our individual journey's and most importantly- to have a good time!

❀️ YOU ARE HERE FOR FUN:
Loving ourselves doesn't happen overnight, it is something we have to practise, but attending this class is a sure way to make time for one hour a week of some self love through fun exercise, doing something you enjoy, gratitude and support.

❀️ YOU ARE APPRECIATED:
I will always be rooting for you and I am so immensely grateful you have chosen to attend and try out my class, even if you decide it isn't for you. Thank you 😘 xox
