Revenge is on the menu as our friends Kirklees Youth Theatre Ensemble-KYTE light up our main stage with their production of Sweeney Todd.

Based on Stephen Sondheim's classic musical, discover the tale of the Demon Barber of Fleet Street who brings close shaves and unsavoury pies to the streets of Victorian London.

Featuring extraordinary talent from young performers and unforgettable songs, don’t miss this razor-sharp show of one of musical theatre’s most powerful works.

Lively, honest and full of character!

In association with Lawrence Batley Theatre, Matthew J Tweedle presents his debut show D is for Dyslexia, coming to ours on Wed 7 October.

Exploring his personal history with dyslexia, the show examines what it is to live in a world surrounded by letters when you don’t know how words work.

After our alfresco Comedy Festival earlier this month, the laughs return to our Comedy Cellar on Thu 24 September.

Joining us will be guitar toting, Edinburgh Festival award winner Christian Reilly ("If you're a fan of Bill Bailey, you're probably a Christian Reilly fan already" - The Guardian.)

We also have comedy from former UK Pun Champion Lovdev Barpaga ("One of the most brilliant, daft comics you will ever see" - Joe Lycett.).
