“Can I pay on the door?”

We get asked this a lot, but buying your tickets in advance really does make a difference.

There are two ways it can go:

❌ Not enough advance sales
When bands are travelling, paying for fuel, accommodation, venue hire, event promotion and other costs, advance ticket sales help give everyone confidence that the event is viable. Waiting until the last minute can make it look like there’s little interest, even when lots of people intend to come.

🔥 The event sells out
The other possibility is that the event reaches capacity before the day. If you’ve waited to pay on the door, you could end up missing out altogether.

Every ticket bought is appreciated but advance tickets help organisers plan, support the artists, and make sure great live music keeps coming back.

If you’re planning on supporting your favourite act, buy your tickets early. It helps more than you might think.
