Drink plenty of water people! Especially if these apply to you:

πΎIf you suffer from hayfever, the most natural antihistamine is water! π§
π₯΅π₯ΆIf you are always too hot or too cold, you need water so your body can manage your temperature better. π¦
π€If you like to *sing* or *talk* and want to protect your voice, you need water!
Be careful of how you drink it though.
β’ Freezing water can have the opposite effect to any vocal warmups you may do,
β’ Hot water scolds the vocal folds,
β’ If you don't drink any water, as a vicalist or vocalizer of words, you can get a dry throat or worse.
-> Cool, lukewarm or jently warm water, however, gives you just what you need!

π€πSo instead of thinking about how much water you should have, think about how much you need water! Or in other words, keep in mind what the benefits are of drinking water.
If you are suffering from something that water should be helping you with, increase your daily water intake by a small amount and then see how that goes for maybe a week.
Continue and over time, you can see for yourself how much you need to drink.
Find the water intake that is right for your current lifestyle and change it as you go. Not everything can be easily calculated on Google!
