Oasis Community Shop is now open, run by Emmanuel Church. Free drinks & snacks and a friendly team are on hand to make guests feel comfortable. A Money Advice Plus advisor is in attendance to help with benefits, debt and other financial issues.

Who is it for? The community shop offers heavily discounted (rather than completely free) food, but with no referral required, and no limit on the number of visits. It is geared toward people who are struggling with the cost of living in the longer term.

Collection: The Community Shop has a membership model. A six month membership will cost £6.

Each time you visit, you will be offered a £5 or £8 selection of food. The food will be worth at least double what you actually pay (compared to supermarket prices). Your first visit will be free of charge, so you can decide if you like it and want to sign up for a six month membership. Once you’re a member, you can visit every week, or just when you need to.

Soft play encourages children to engage in climbing, crawling, jumping, and navigating obstacles, which strengthens gross and fine motor skills, improves balance and coordination, and promotes overall physical fitness.

Activities like slides, tunnels, and climbing frames help children develop muscle strength and spatial awareness while minimizing the risk of injury due to the soft, padded environment. Regular physical activity in soft play also supports healthy weight management and cardiovascular health from an early age.

We have our three tier soft play open Monday to Friday for drop in sessions come along and join in😀
