I'm Manus, a freelance, prize-winning artist, writer and teacher, originally from Belfast, now living in Brighton, UK. My artwork is centred on the human face and figure in varying contexts, and draws on strong technique in line, tone and colour. The styles in my work are both realist (portraiture, life drawing) and surrealist (illustrations & comics). I use a number of media, including (greyscale
