**IMPORTANT**

It is with great regret that we are no longer able to take any new bookings whilst Swan Walk is closed.

Despite what we thought was a previous agreement to run games at a limited capacity, no more new bookings are able to be made.
We have confirmed that any existing bookings are be able to go ahead. If anything changes with existing games we will be sure to call our customers at the earliest given opportunity.

This is a huge blow; as an independent and experienced based business we are unable to take advantage of market stalls, which have kindly been arrange for some traders.

We hope the centre can reopen soon so we can welcome you all back!

Important update regarding Swan Walk and Major Mindgames.

Whilst the centre is still closed, we have come to an agreement that we can temporarily run games but at a very limited capacity.

Please also check your confirmation and reminder emails for VERY IMPORTANT access instructions during this time.

This agreement is subject to change as the situation unfolds, so please keep an eye out for any further updates and we will contact you immediately if we need to reschedule your game.

Unfortunately we have been informed that Swan Walk will be closed over the weekend and it is not feasible to allow players into our escape room.

All customers that have booked games with us over the weekend will receive communication to either rearrange or refund your games.

As a small, independent business this is a huge blow but we hope to welcome you all for some escape room fun very soon!

We will issue further updates on Monday when we hear more from Swan Walk.

If you have booked an escape room with us from 6pm on a Friday, please take note of road closures and Swan Walk closure times:

⏰ Swan Walk Shopping Centre will be locked promptly at 6pm, so if your game starts at 6pm please ensure you arrive at 5:45pm (anyone arriving after 6pm will need to check the instructions in their confirmation email)

Horsham District Council have announced the following:

The road closure will return this year through the Carfax every Friday from 5.30pm-8.30pm (until the end of August), the Carfax taxi ranks and bus stops will be temporarily relocated.

- Buses will depart from the main bus station 🚌

- Taxis will pick up passengers from the train station, with an additional temporary taxi rank at the top of the Causeway (near Blackhorse Way) 🚕

- Trains will be running as normal 🚅

Please plan ahead and leave extra time for travel if required!
