🎭 MORE THAN £15,000 SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL CARNIVAL COMMUNITY ❤️
This year alone, Devon Truck Show has put more than £15,000 directly into supporting local carnival clubs and organisations, including through sponsorship and by paying clubs to provide stewarding at our events.
You won’t see us doing big cheque presentations or making a ceremony out of it. That’s never really been what DTS is about.
Tonight at Seaton, the carnival season gets underway – the start of weeks of incredible parades taking place across our towns and communities, with carnivals running most weekends right through until the middle of November.
Behind the lights, costumes and carts are hundreds of people giving up countless hours to make it all happen.

Devon Truck Show has always believed that when local people support us, we should support local people in return.
Using carnival clubs for stewarding means the money we spend putting on our events goes straight back into clubs, helping them fund their carts, costumes, equipment and everything else that keeps this fantastic West Country tradition alive.
More than £15,000 this year alone – and we’re proud that money is staying within our communities.
So as the carnival season begins tonight, we’d like to wish every club, committee, volunteer, collector and participant a brilliant and safe carnival season.
If you see them coming through your town over the next couple of months, get out there, fill those collection buckets and support them! 🎭✨
