I know it’s a long reel but I just had to! She did take me a week to make so hopefully you don’t mind a slightly longer reel to show her off!

I know I’m a little late to the party but Six the Musical has been my new obsession over the summer after watching the 2 amazing performances by the cast at West End Live on YouTube!

I mean the songs and performances were great (obviously!) but I couldn’t help myself just looking at every costume! They are an actual work of art and so I thought I’d attempt a crochet version! I’m in awe of the work that goes into them as there’s so much detail that I couldn’t actually fit it all into a small doll version but I did the best I could with the constraints of yarn! 🧶💖

My green yarn was staring at me so I started with Boleyn’s costume! Also I don’t normally put lips on my dolls I think they look weird sometimes like too thin or just not the right shape but I had to figure out something for Anne’s Red lipstick! I think it worked out ok! 💋

Have you seen Six? Do you have a favourite Queen? Or a favourite costume?

Pattern credit is my usual doll base pattern and while I attempted myself to make up the outfit, hair, accessories all credit goes to the incredible costume designers at Six I should also give photo credit to .25.elliott for the photo I used of her in the costume as my inspiration!

A little throwback to this little rose 🌹 I made a while ago that transforms into a beautiful fairy 🧚‍♀️

I forgot how cute it was! I might have to attempt a plushie version but I don’t know if it would be stiff enough to stand up 🤷‍♀️

BACK TO SCHOOL 📚✏️🖍️

How cute are these little Back to School friends?! 🥰

There’s pencil or crayon keyrings which make great additions to any backpack! ✏️🖍️

Starting school or returning to school can bring some big emotions, so we have some little worry worms to help with that! You can keep them close by in your pocket or pencil case and give them a little squeeze if any worries show up. They will wiggle all the worries away and help you have a great day at school!

There’s also a gorgeous book giftset! A friendly little monster who gobbles up your worries and a story about Billy and his mini monsters to help tackle any childhood anxieties and worries around going to school.

I’m taking this lovely little bundle of items up to The Crafty Balloon Co this morning.

These are the little Random Acts of Crochet Kindness I had in the Lucky Dip basket at the market I was at last Saturday! A mix of fruits and some sea creatures from Hook Stories by Stamatina🧶

I love them but I especially love the little turtle! 🐢 he’s just so cute! 🥰
