This Christmas, bring their magical world back to Theatre Porto for a story filled with gentle mischief, music, puppetry and play.

With no spoken words, Moonsmile is an imaginative adventure for ages 5+ that children, families and grown-ups can experience together.

We’ve had a fantastic Summer festival season this year and want to thank all our audiences, venues and performers for their warmth, talent and commitment to us here at Goofus.

New spaces and new friends have been added to our ever growing list of collaborators. So we’re chuffed!

And so, we are gently, drifting into Autumn and lots is cooking in the Goofus pot, starting with our Creative Health project REACH.
To coincide with Alzheimer’s Month and funded by the The National Lottery Community Fund we will be working across care homes, hospitals, community groups, hosting events and working with the marvellous Manchester Camerata (see link in bio), working with people living with Dementia across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire.

🎭 We're teaming up with to bring a special performance to Salford Crescent Hospital!

🪄 Goofus Theatre are renowned for creating original work through mask, puppetry, clowning, music and play. Their imaginative, largely non-verbal performances are designed to connect with audiences where theatre isn’t always easily accessible, creating experiences that are playful, moving and full of wonder.
