Sophie went back to school yesterday and I’m pleased to say she had a good day 🥰
After her birthday on Monday we spent the next 2 days shopping for things she needed for school and she also wanted to spend her birthday money. It was great just spending some time together, just the two of us.
When it comes to shopping we always look for ways to save money. I received a voucher offering £5 off at shoezone so we got her new shoes from there. By adding Sophie’s birthday money to the cashback card we were able to get cashback off our UW bill wherever we went. Sophie had a gift voucher which she spent in Primark. She also had £15 on Amazon but saw some other things she wanted so she’s letting me have that to spend on there. So she basically had £15 to spend wherever she wanted. She has bought a new calculator and some whiteboard pens £10 from TGJones (WHSmith) and lots of KPop Demon Hunters Netflix Clothes from Primark and H&M It was great knowing I was taking down the cost of bills just by shopping for things. Yesterday morning, she went off to school and I met up with Tess Teresa Tess Sanderson for a catch up over a cuppa . Looking forward to helping lots of people this month to save money and earn money.
Yesterday afternoon, I had a great call with a lovely lady called Kath who is very interested in the cashback card but now is not the right time for them to switch. We’re going to look again in November.

Last night I attended Spalding United Football Club as a their official Utility Warehouse Partner.

I got there early to put up all the promotional posters and get set up. Next time I will bring a table and chair with me.
It was lovely meeting some of the staff and I’m looking forward to getting to know you all as the season goes on.

I also had the chance to chat to some of the supporters about the £50 voucher they could receive to spend in the club shop. A few people seemed interested and said they would scan the QR code, so fingers crossed I get a few enquiries from it! 🤞💜

Then it was time for the football. ⚽️

The boys played well against Macclesfield, but unfortunately neither side managed to find the back of the net and it finished 0–0.

Another enjoyable evening and I’m really pleased to be getting involved with the club. I’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the season brings! 💜🌷⚽️
