With temperatures rising across the UK, here are a few simple ways to stay safe and comfortable during the heatwave:

๐Ÿ’ง Stay hydrated โ€“ Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you donโ€™t feel thirsty.

๐Ÿ  Keep cool indoors โ€“ Close curtains during peak sun hours and open windows when itโ€™s cooler.
