Day one of building our first Raku kiln!
We used galvanised steel cage as the main frame. We measured based on the size of our kiln shelves plus enough space for the ceramic fibre that will eventually go in.
The cage was then secured together using 0.9mm nichrome wire. Come back tomorrow to see the next steps!
