Choir 2000 Choir2000 Histon and Impington Community Choir started in 2000 and has an established reputation Our repertoire ranges across the classical spectrum.

Choir 2000 is based in Histon, Cambridgeshire and its members come from many villages and parts of the city of Cambridge too. We perform at least three concerts a year with professional conductor and soloists as well as orchestra and sometimes with local children's choirs and young musicians. We welcome all abilities - we still have no auditions and we have regular voice training for everyone.

Choir 2000 are inviting bass singers to join our friendly and well-regarded choral society. There are no auditions and new singers are welcome to attend the first few rehearsals before committing to becoming a member. Rehearsals start on Wednesday 15th April at 7.30pm at Histon Baptist Church. The repertoire is Mozarts's Mass in C Minor and Purcell's Come Ye Sons of Art which will be performed at West Road Concert Hall on 28th June 2026.
