☀️ I know it’s a hot one tonight, but here is what we can do to make it easier ☀️

I have slowed the playlist down and added longer breaks between the songs.

🪭 The fan will be by the door for people to use as needed . If you own a hand held fan you may wish to bring this with you 🪭

❄️ if you put a damp towel in the freezer you can then use this to help you keep cool in class.

💦 lots of water and preferably with electrolytes to replace the sweat.

DON’T FORGET, WE HAVE AIRCON IN THE THURSDAY CLASS SO I WILL ASK THE VENUE TO POP IT ON EARLY AGAIN AND IT WILL BE NICE AND COOL IN THERE!
