Working alongside our Lighting friends Siyan, Southby provided the full audio solution for the inaugural London Premier Padel P1. The tournament took place across six courts at Olympia London at the beginning of August, marking Great Britain's first-ever elite professional Padel event.

Our biggest shows always come together long before they reach site, built and tested across our warehouse floor first. With so much on at once, we sent a drone up to capture it.

Using we remeasured and updated our Soundscape Studio's file in under 15 minutes. (59 speaker positions logged and updated). Jack and Dom continue to rule the world when it comes to this stuff and we are just thrilled at the many advances they continue to make on behalf of and immersive systems everywhere.

Butterfly House 🦋 Horniman Museum

Alright, what are we doing today Aaron?
So, we’re at the butterfly house at the Horniman Museum, and we’re taking 360 videos and ambisonic recordings of the butterflies, which we’re going to be rendering into our soundscape studio and the dome that we have provided by GAIANOVA.

On the iPhone, we’re using the Audio Brewers recorder app, which uses the four microphones of the iPhone to create a first order ambisonic recording. We’re going to compare and contrast the results of that.
