Thank you 💛

After a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend, our 2026 Summer Exhibition has come to a close.

A huge thank you to everyone who came through the doors, spent time looking at the work, chatted with our artists, shared the exhibition with friends and, of course, took a piece of art home with them.

It was wonderful to see the hall so full and to hear so many lovely comments about the exhibition and the incredible variety of work on display.

Thank you too to all of our artists and everyone who helped bring the exhibition together, from setting up and hanging the work to welcoming visitors throughout the weekend.

And finally, thank you to everyone who has followed, liked, commented and shared our posts. It's been lovely to see our little online community grow alongside the exhibition.

The artists behind the art 🎨

One of the loveliest things about our Summer Exhibition is having so many of our artists together in one place.
Here are a few of them putting the finishing touches to their displays before we opened.

We're here throughout the Bank Holiday weekend, so come along, meet some of the artists and see their work in person.

From atmospheric city scenes and landscapes to florals, abstracts and more, our Summer Exhibition brings together work by artists from across the group, with original art available to buy.

A few favourites that found new homes at last year's Summer Exhibition. ❤️

Every year, original work by our artists leaves the exhibition with someone who has fallen in love with it.

🎨 There’s a free art exhibition in West Wycombe this weekend — and most of it’s for sale.

West Wycombe Art Group’s annual summer exhibition opens this Friday at the village hall — just a 10-minute drive from High Wycombe town centre. Over 20 local artists and a hall full of work you can actually take home.

No ticket needed — just pop in and see if anything grabs you.

West Wycombe Art Group started in the back room of the George and Dragon in 1982 and membership is capped at 25 — they even operate a waiting list.

This year’s featured artist is Phil Morley Phil Morley - who picked up a brush again after a 45-year gap.
