Booker Show 2023

Thankyou to everyone who attended today. Whether you were a visitor or displaying, it is greatly appreciated. We were terribly disappointed that the Spitfire flypast was cancelled, but it was understandable considering the weather on the route.
The committee of Booker Memorial Hall spend many months planning this event each year, and we are incredibly grateful for the additional help that we have. It takes very special people to give up their time for nothing. The aim is always to give the local community a great family day out and despite the weather today, we saw lots of people having fun.
Keep your eyes peeled for next years date!!

* Football Tournament is open to under 16's. Trainers or astro turf boots must be worn. A suitable adult will be required to sign a waiver for participants.

CONFIRMED! UPDATED.

The Silver Searchers are back this year providing music entertainment throughout the day.

DJ Lou playing all your favourite tracks during the day.

Dog Show - This year sees us holding a dog show durung the afternoon (times to be confirmed). So, if you think your dog is the prettiest, most handsome, cleverest, has the waggiest tail, or any other great attributes, then we will have a class for you to enter. Follow this page for updates.

Kids Fancy Dress competion - if your little one is a sucker for dressing up the let them go wild in whatever costume they want. Free to enter, just sign up on the day. Judging will take place towards the end of the afternoon - time to be confirmed.

Craft and Gift Stalls - we already have several local businesses signed up to offer you a variety of crafts and gifts for sale.

Raflle - we have some great prizes lined up for the raffle, inckuding a fixed wing aircraft flight!

Tombola - the popular tombola stall will be running again with lots of chances to win.

BBQ & Bar - you won't go hungry or thirsty whilst you are soaking up the sun (hopfully!) and enjoying everything else on offer.

Fairground - there will be plenty for the kids to ride and play on, so make surre they save up their pocket money!

Football Tournament- 5 or 7 a side Tournament to take place throughout the day. Details on how to sign up to be announced.

Face Painting - everyone loves a bit of face paint!

Sea Cadets - members of TS Jaguar will be on hand to provide information about joining them.
