Finally finished this 100 × 100 cm portrait for my lovely parents-in-law. ❤️
This is my first oil portrait in ten years since graduating from uni. I learned so much through the process and gained a lot more confidence in my portraiture. More importantly, I feel like I’ve finally started to work through that fear of getting things “wrong” — especially the fear of inaccuracy that has haunted me since my high school art training.
