We are deeply saddened by this post.
From one family run children’s entertainment to another we totally feel your pain and are sorry for Hereford and surrounding areas that there will be no more Flipout.
On a personal level I have loved visiting Flipout with my children.
There is such little support out there for family run Independent businesses and it’s about time everyone form Local Council all the way up to Government take notice of what is happening.

This is by far the hardest post we have ever had to write.
After exhausting every option available to us, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close Flip Out Hereford.
If you have visited us recently, you will have seen children laughing, birthday parties taking place, families making memories and our team working hard to create the best experience possible. The park never lost its magic.
Unfortunately, behind the scenes, the financial reality became too much for us to overcome. Rising costs, increasing overheads and historic debt reached a point where the business could no longer continue sustainably.
Anyone who knows us will know that giving up is not in our nature. We opened Flip Out Hereford in September 2020, in the middle of the COVID pandemic, and kept going because we believed in what we had built.
Like many small businesses across the UK, we have faced increasing costs from every direction. Energy, wages, insurance, business rates and supplier costs have all risen significantly over the last few years.
Unfortunately, there comes a point where determination alone is no longer enough.
The truth is that a business can be loved, busy and valued by its community, and still reach a point where the numbers no longer work.
That reality is heartbreaking.
Over the last six years, we have welcomed more than 300,000 visitors, celebrated thousands of birthdays, supported schools, community groups and SEND families, and watched children create memories with their friends and families.
What we built here was always about much more than inflatables. It was about people.
To every member of staff, past and present, thank you. You have been the heart of this business.
To every customer who visited us, thank you.
We are incredibly proud of what we achieved together.
Our priority now is to support everyone affected and work closely with our Insolvency Practitioner whilst the company enters the liquidation process.
Information regarding bookings, refunds and next steps will be shared as soon as possible. We kindly ask for patience whilst we work through the process.
