😁 The fabulous Hatfield Park Battle Proms audience raised a brilliant £9,234.66 for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity at the concert!
🙏 Everyone who donated and stopped to chat with volunteers is playing a part in helping SSAFA to continue their vital work ensuring that our Armed Forces community never battles alone.

🎻🎼 Today we'd like to show some appreciation for our wonderful orchestra!

The New English Concert Orchestra, led by their brilliant conductor Douglas Coombes MBE, have performed at every single Battle Proms Concert since 1997 🎉

🎶 Each concert features a full two-hour programme of carefully selected, uplifting and iconic music, culminating, of course, in all of the much-loved Last Night of the Proms favourites, led by the spectacular soprano Denise Leigh 🎵

🙏 A remarkable amount of talent, dedication and hard work goes into every performance, and we're incredibly grateful to all our superb musicians for helping create such an unforgettable Battle Proms experience year after year 👏✨

We have absolutely loved seeing you get geared up for our Best Dressed Competition this year! Here are some of the fabulous entries 😁

If you're heading to Highclere Castle this Saturday and fancy getting involved here are the details you need:

There will be TWO categories:
👗 VINTAGE FINERY for those fully embracing the vintage look
❤ RED, WHITE AND BLUE for everyone bringing a touch of Last Night of the Proms flair!

👉 HOW TO ENTER
If you’d like to take part simply come along to the Jazz & Jive Tent between 16:30 - 17:30, say hello to our judge, and sign up (and perhaps enjoy a dance while you’re there!)
Judges will also be roaming the site until 19:30 looking out for eye-catching outfits.
This Saturday's judge will be the wonderful Mandy from Vintage Victory Rollers!

🏆 WINNERS
Each category will have one winner, who will receive 4 tickets to a 2027 Battle Proms of their choice + a bottle of bubbly to enjoy on arrival. Winners will be announced from the stage during the interval.
We can't wait to see your outfits!

The Victory Swing dancers will be back and strutting their stuff at the Highclere Castle Battle Proms on Saturday!

Catch them at the Jazz & Jive Tent behind the Concert Pavilion from 16:30 - 17:30 alongside the Q-Four jazz band and The Cathedral Belles for their sensational ‘learn to jive’ show; pull up a deckchair and clap along or put on your dancing shoes and get in the swing of things!
