Job role: Reptionist – Maternity Cover

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Receptionist to join our team on a maternity cover basis.

This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being the first point of contact in a busy, welcoming environment.

Hours:
• Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 11:30am – 3:00pm
• Wednesday & Thursday: 11:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming customers and visitors
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Managing bookings and enquiries
• Taking payments and handling basic admin tasks
• Supporting the team with general reception duties

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Is confident, friendly and professional
• Is well organised and reliable
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Contract: Maternity cover
Start date: 2nd March 2026

Pre & post natal circuit class starting 4th November, Henfield leisure centre at 11.30-12.30❣️

Sessions are aimed to help you prehab and rehab safely and effectively, retain and restore muscular strength and endurance all at the same time as building a community between mums and babies.
Suitable for all mums-to-be and mums with babies 6 weeks+.
No need to worry about childcare! Bring baby along with you and they can stay right by your side! Anything goes - if you need to stop to feed/change little one/any babies that just want to be held can turn into extra weight for the squats 🤪🤍
(feel free to bring along any toys/bouncers etc to keep them entertained whilst you get your workout in!)
