Facilities and Activities : -

Swimming Pool:

A 6-lane, 25 metre swimming pool ranging from a depth of 0.9m – 1.9m. Our water quality is excellent and we use a low chlorine ultra violet treatment system which is much more customer friendly, especially on the eyes. The pool is available for public swimming and swimming lessons. Swim School:

We run swimming lessons for pre-school age, school age

and adults by Swimming Teachers Association qualified teachers. Fitness Suite and Free Weight Suite:

We have a comprehensive range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weights equipment. Better Membership:

We offer a range of memberships to suit your leisure activities. Full membership, which includes the fitness suite, classes and swims; Swim membership, with or without pool classes; and Junior membership, which includes swimming lessons. Birthday Parties:

We offer a huge range of birthday parties to suit your little one’s special day. Fees and Charges:

We have various different prices for our membership options and pay as you go fees.

We are delighted to have Ashley joining our team here at Helston Sports Centre as our new Personal Trainer! We asked him to tell us a little bit about himself, and here's what he had to say:

"Hey there! I'm Ashley Stevens, your new Personal Trainer at Helston Sports Centre, and I'm absolutely buzzing to meet you!

My fitness journey kicked off in 2015 when I made the decision to transform my life, losing 24kg and discovering a strength I never knew I had. But it wasn't just about the physical change - I channelled that energy into boxing for Cancer Research, combining my newfound passion with a cause close to my heart. That experience showed me the incredible power of fitness to change lives, and honestly? I've never looked back.

Now, I'm here to help YOU unlock that same potential. Whether you're looking to shed some weight, build serious strength, boost your confidence, or just feel bloomin' amazing in your own skin, I've got your back every step of the way. I've been where you are, I know the struggles, the doubts, and those days when the sofa seems way more appealing than the gym - but I also know the incredible feeling when you smash through those barriers.

My approach? Think less drill sergeant, more supportive mate who happens to know their stuff about fitness. I'll create a personalised training programme that fits around YOUR life, YOUR goals, and YOUR schedule. No rushed plans here - just honest guidance, proper encouragement, and maybe a terrible joke or two to keep things fun.
