Sorry for the delay in announcing the results of Helpstonbury 2026... - All receipts now sorted!!!

Over £8,000 was raised on the day for all the village charities, taking the total raised to date from this incredible event to over £56,000

We would like to thank ALLLLL the volunteers, the school for allowing us to host, the entertainments and charities for putting on a most memorable day!!!

Thank you also for the 70 plus feedback forms... we have had our debrief meeting and will report back shortly!!

But there is a save the date - Helpstonbury 2027 will be on
19th June making sure we focus on the best bits of 2026!!!

A huge thank you to all those who joined us at Helpstonbury yesterday....

Amazing entertainment, great food and drink and a wonderful community feeling....

Towards the end of the evening, the behaviour of a minority of unsupervised children looked to risk the safeguarding of all involved. Therefore, to protect our community village festival, the committee chose to end the music calmly and slightly earlier than planned allowing our guests more time to finish their evening before making their way home.

We apologise if this dampened the mood at the end of your night, but safeguarding all our guests, particularly the children, is our number one priority.

Thank you all for your ongoing support and we look forward to many positive posts of good times had....

Helpston Homemade at Helpstonbury 📣

We have so many amazing categories full of creativity and mouth watering creations 🍰🧶🎭

Just a reminder the Helpston Homemade marquee will be open from 9am to 10.45 am tomorrow morning for you to deliver your entries.

The marquee is positioned to the left of the stage at the bottom of the school field.

Timings will be displayed outside the marquee including: judging, open viewing and awards 🏆
