Just a quick note to remind our guests that we are afraid No dogs (except identifiable assistance dogs) will be allowed to Helpstonbury again this year as it is on school property.

PS - it is underlined that enabling underage drinking on the school field will not be tolerated as it risks us losing permission to use the school facilities going forwards. Please respect the organising team and support us in ensuring it remains a safe and enjoyable space for everyone to enjoy.

That time again - The popular Gazebo Pitches for Hepstonbury are released today!!!!!

If you would prefer a base for the day, undercover for your family and kit, then we have 21 spaces available around the edge of the arena where you can pitch your gazebo.

We are restricted with space, so there are 15 front row at £20 per pitch and 6 back row at £15.

Please contact [email protected] to register your placement. Positions will be assigned a couple of days beforehand with your number and a map of your location.

Please remember your belongings are left at your own risk and security will be monitoring for underage drinking.

HELPSTON HIMEMADE IS BACK!!! the format has been simplified so all age groups can enter all of the categories, but will be judged in the respective pier group.

Entries are now open for all you unsung Creative folks in Helpston, Etton and Woodcroft.
Please enter as many as you can as this will gain additional marks.
