Student News/Graduates - We would like to give our congratulations to the wonderfully talented Nyara who has successfully gained a place at Renaissance Arts to begin her full time training 🤩

Nyara has always been a joy to teach working with pure determination and fight during the 5 years she has trained with us, always focused, always improving and showing genuine passion and love for dance. Nyara has done fantastically to achieve 3 RAD exams in 2 years, has won multiple awards including most promising dancer and has received an IDTA Nomination and final, this is a reflection of how much Nyara has aimed to succeed and the progress she has made!

Nyara we know you’ll go far and although you’ll be missed we wish you all the luck in the world as you continue with your dance journey. Have the best time 💗

Student news/graduates… After posting about all of Isabella’s wonderful achievements, we were excited to find out that she was able to accept a full time vocational place at The Hammond School, which she begins this week. Congratulations Isabella we know that this has been a dream of yours for a long time and we are so pleased that you’re now getting to fulfil this ambition!

Isabella has been a huge part of LWHS for the past 11 years, going from a quiet but determined little girl to a bright, beautiful, diverse and artistic young dancer. She has been a big presence within her class and team and has worked very hard to succeed and achieve amazing results (including distinction in her most recent RAD major exam) and progress throughout her time with us,
we’re very proud of every achievement and have been honoured to teach Isabella 🥰

Isabella you will be so missed but we now wish you all the best for the future and look forward to following your journey…. Have the best time doing what you love! ❤️

Wow what a show! It has been the most incredible weekend and we’re so proud of ourselves and all of our pupils! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has helped, supported, sent and said the most amazing feedback, at the moment we are overwhelmed and emotional but it means the world to us!

To see so many of our alumni was so special and to see all of our pupils just so happy and loving life, makes it all worth it!

To be thriving 40 years on is incredible… Who knew when Miss Lyn started in 1985 with just 23 pupils the school would become what it has! What a lady, what a teacher, we are so lucky!

Congratulations to everybody and thank you to everyone who plays a part! LWHS is the best, most talented family, we love you all 💗🩰💙

Elmhurst Ballet School - Year 8 full time offer 🤩 Wow can our student success be anymore exciting. Our incredible Oscar has been given a full time place to start in September, what an achievement!

Oscar unbelievably has only done ballet for a year and from the day he set foot in the studio has been a dancer to be excited about, after only 1 month he took his first ballet exam achieving an outstanding score of 94 and he has now achieved his dream of going to ballet school. A pure talent, with rare passion and facility who has worked exceptionally to become the amazing dancer he already is.

Congratulations Oscar, words can’t express how happy we are for you and how proud we are 🥰 Thank you for this opportunity, he will thrive!

Oscar is competing for the last time this week at and talk about going out with a bang, he has already performed his ballet, modern & own choreography for the first time ever and has won all 3, with his ballet scoring an outstanding 90 marks. Well done Oscar, you deserve all of your success… We are so excited for your future ❤️

Oscar will join Lottie & William who are also starting Elmhurst in September, 3 amazing students and friends going together … We are bursting with pride!

They have done it, Lottie & William, this incredible little duo have gained themselves full time places at the amazing for September 2025. We are all overjoyed for them and unbelievably proud! They both fell in love with Elmhurst at their audition and have loved every minute of the experience and opportunity, to be actually awarded places is the most amazing feeling and they’re so grateful and excited, as are we!

Lottie has always been the brightest personality with big dreams, at one time we thought this beautiful ballerina would be a beautiful footballer, she would rock up in her football kit with muddy knees 🤣 but wow she has really worked, showing so much commitment, determination and motivation to succeed as well as so much love, talent and passion for dance. A beautiful person inside and out and always a pleasure, it’s been an honour to be a part of!

William is one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet, when he tells them in his interview that he likes the school because it’s chill, well that just sums him up 😆 he loves to back handspring in the middle of his ballet classes and will chat your ear off with all of his interesting facts. But he is one of the most talented boys we’ve ever come across with the most amazing legs and feet and he truely deserves this opportunity. William has shown so much determination to succeed and his excitement, enthusiasm and personality is a joy to be around!

A very exciting future ahead for these two and we can’t wait to follow both of your journeys! Congratulations 💗🩰💙 We will miss you both lots x
