A new term of StoryMagic Theatre School starts on Tuesday 16 January. Classes in drama and Musical Theatre for children from 3-17. Classes at Todmorden Social Club, next to B and M.
Key Stage one/lower KS2 Drama 4.30-5
upper Key Stage two/KS3 Drama 5-6
Act one Musical theatre 6-7
Act Two musical theatre 7-8
Extra dance ( invitation only) 8-8.30
Free places available on request if needed.

Introducing Rattigan and his ratlings! Will they take over the shop and run Dick out of London? ( spoiler! No they won’t, but they will have a good try) Ross McCormack with Sadie, Jemima and Lucy.

Introducing Dick and Alice ( along with Tommy the Cat the the sailors). Dick arrives in a London to seek his fortune, but instead finds a new best friend and an adventure on the high seas.
Dick Whittington is played by Abigayle Rogers who was in the Junior Chorus of our very first pantomime. Alice Fitzwarren is played by Anusia Battersby who some of you will remember from Last year. They are joined by Elsie as Tommy the Cat ( she played the Prince last year) and Genny Barnett, Alice Cheesbrough-Heath and Edith Valentine as the sailors.

Introducing this years Dame, Dame Fitzwarren. With her husband, the Alderman, missing at sea, she has been running her shop with her daughter Alice. If there is one thing she doesn’t like it is rats!

These two young women made £130 for the StoryMagic Theatre School Access Fund by selling raffle tickets at Jack and the Beanstalk. Thanks to everyone who bought tickets and to everyone who generously donated prizes.

We did it! All six shows with a full cast. An enormous thank you to everyone who made it happen. Lucy, Ross, Rhiannon, Paul, My mum and dad, my fabulous Junior cast and their dedicated parents, and the lovely Rachelle from HBLT who worked very hard for the full 4 days. And, of course, our wonderful audiences.
Thank you so much for coming back after a year off. See you next year for Cinderella.
