A place that doesn’t exist… but feels familiar.
Fragments of architecture rise from rock and memory, surrounded by botanicals, gemstones, and quiet watchers perched on the edge of something unknown.

“Area 52” explores the idea of hidden spaces — the ones just outside logic, where nature and structure merge, and the ordinary slips into the surreal. Blues and soft neutrals create a calm, almost suspended atmosphere, as if time has paused here.

Hand-cut and hand-pasted using found imagery, each element chosen intuitively and layered to build a world that feels both constructed and discovered.

Black Elk is an original hand-cut collage exploring the quiet power of nature, symbolism, and balance. Birds, butterflies, blossoms and found imagery come together to create a dreamlike composition that feels both grounded and otherworldly.

Making my collages come to life.

I often imagine how each element would interact with each other and move - it's amazing what new technology could do. My art will always be made 100% the old fashioned analogue way, that I can guarantee. But manipulation of the completed piece in this way just adds to the wonder and mystery in how you see the piece.

The fifth creation in my Geoscapes series — a digital collage that transforms fragmented imagery into a surreal, otherworldly landscape. Geoscape No.5 explores texture, depth and geological rhythm, where soft mineral tones collide with distorted forms to create a dreamlike terrain suspended between the natural and the imagined.

This piece blurs the boundary between collage art and digital abstraction, inviting the viewer to wander through layered strata that feel both ancient and futuristic. A bloom from another dimension.

This piece began as a humble collage, then dissolved into an otherworldly terrain—petals melting into stone, light folding into itself, and familiar shapes warping into a dreamlike topography.

No.4 feels like a landscape caught mid-transformation: part floral eruption, part geological pulse, part echo of something just beyond our world. A place you recognise without ever having been.

I’m building this Geoscape series to explore how distortion can reveal new landscapes—fantasy realms carved from the everyday, reshaped into something surreal, soft, and slightly uncanny.

Born from the layers of one of my original hand-cut collages, Geoscape No. 1 is a digital metamorphosis — a landscape carved from imagination, weathered by colour, and shaped by the unseen forces of a dreamworld.

This new series, The Geoscapes, transforms analogue collage into swirling topographies and molten terrains. Each piece begins with paper and scissors, then dissolves into a world of its own: part map, part myth, part shifting landmass from a place that could exist only in another realm.

Geoscape No. 1

Born from the layers of one of my original hand-cut collages, Geoscape No. 1 is a digital metamorphosis — a landscape carved from imagination, weathered by colour, and shaped by the unseen forces of a dream like world.

This new series, The Geoscapes, digitally transforms my analogue collages into swirling topographies and molten terrains. Each piece begins with paper and scissors, the finished piece scanned, which is then altered and manipulated by hand to create a rolling fantastical landscape.

In Geoscape No. 1, earthy browns and deep greens fold into crimson currents, forming a terrain that feels alive — like a continent awakening. My aim is it to be a fantasy landscape you can fall into; a place that might reveal something new every time you look.
