'Winter Moon Rising' has been sold at The Globe exhibition in Hay-on-Wye 🥳 thanks so much Owen, I hope the painting brings you lots of goodness!

I've replaced it with 'Kohl's Bear Shadow', another oil painting on canvas board...

Also great news, I think I'm going to be able to show the paintings through Hay Festival and HowTheLightsGetsIn Festival 🤞

I'm so pleased to say I've now got a bunch of work up at The Globe in Hay-on-Wye, so please do check it out if you're around!

They say it takes a village and it really showed today, I am so grateful for everyone that helped out ❤️🌞

Thank you to Mary at The Globe for having me show at the venue, for giving me and the baby a lift in and lugging everything up for me, Trish for taking over my poor attempt at screwing D rings on the canvases, for his hanging knowledge and assistance with bringing me stuff my baby brain forgot, my Mum for entertaining the baby while I painted up the sides of the canvases and on the day while I hung stuff, Olivia for taking over the hammering when the baby got fussy and taking photos for me (and also entertaining the baby) and lastly thank you to baby Jacob for being a cutey-patootey

Did a million practice prints ✔️
Actually cleaned tools for once after use ✔️
Forgot to eat or drink during the process ✔️
Didn't get any ink on the rug ✔️

Still more experimenting to do, what with colours and paper choice... It's been many years since I've made lino prints !
