What if you could use music, movement and rhythm to release stress, reconnect with your body and feel more present?

Movement is Medicine is a monthly immersive experience combining electronic music, movement and science-backed education — journeying through House, Garage, Afrobeats, Drum & Bass and more, with the drum and rhythm at the heart of it all. 🥁

No dance experience needed. Just come as you are, move to the music and discover practical tools you can take with you beyond the session.
