SWEAT-45 with Sophie is an inclusive, fun, fitness group class for everyone. Starting with a mobilising warm-up, followed by a mix of free-weights and bodyweight training, complete with a short cool-down. Expect; teamwork, pairs work, kettlebells, good tunes and lots of laughs! All levels welcome.

There's a range of dance classes for preschool children, to Ballet classes, Tap classes and Jazz classes, our Saturday dance classes in Roch give your child the opportunity to enjoy a range of classes with us.

A big thank you to everyone who came along yesterday to the family fun day. It was a lovely relaxed afternoon with lots of smiling happy faces. 🤗

Well done to all the children and adults who took part in the tennis, races and of course the "slightly" competitive wellie wanging 😆

Special mention to the team of helpers who manned the stalls, set up and packed everything away. These events wouldn't happen without you 💚

We hope you all enjoyed it, keep an eye out for it next year 😉
