OPEN tomorrow, Friday 30th. While we’ve been closed, we’ve had new lights on the toy floor and rug loft in Solva. There are on a sensor so will hopefully save a little on the energy bill. Still tinkering with the timing! Solva and St Davids open 10.30 to 5 Monday to Saturday, 12 to 4 Sundays.

I haven't got an image for this but it feels really important. I was walking up Prendergast in Solva this morning and saw my Mother's neighbour Alan leaning on his wall looking down sadly into the garden he rebuilt last year. He had made a lovely run at one end and a strong nesting shed for two birds he them bought. A golden pheasant and his female partner. He loves them and I love seeing them daily too. SOMEONE STOLE THEM YESTERDAY. Alan is very upset. If you know of anyone who has suddenly acquired these beautiful birds or know where they are please contact me and I will tell Alan. We have been a part of Fishguard Arts Society for many years and are glad they are exhibiting at Oriel y Parc this year. Raul is running a workshops there during that time. Places are limited so please book through us at the gallery (01437 721907) as soon as you can. It will be a creative and fun workshop.
