So… what’s next for Breakout?
Cox Heath gave us the space to create something really special this year, and we’re incredibly grateful to the farmer for trusting us with it.
But we’ve always wanted Breakout to grow, not just in size, but in what we can offer.
More genres. More spaces to explore. More experiences. More opportunities for local businesses, creatives and traders to be part of it. More camping options, glamping 👀
More room for people to discover something they didn’t know they were looking for.
And to do that, we need the right space.
We already have a few possibilities on the table, but we’re also opening up the conversation and seeing what else is out there.
We’re looking for somewhere with the space, character and potential for Breakout to develop and maybe become a long-term home for the festival.
And there’s one thing we’d particularly love to find this time…
WOODLAND.
But the land is only half of it. Finding the right landowner is just as important to us. Someone who understands what we’re building, believes in the vision and would be open to building a long-term relationship with us.
So if you own land, know a farmer or landowner, or have somewhere that you genuinely think could be the next home of Breakout, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking across Pembrokeshire and the surrounding areas.

Please share this with anyone who might be worth us speaking to.
We’re looking for somewhere we can settle, build on and grow with over the years.
Somewhere that could become home.
