We’re delighted to welcome a magnificent piece of British engineering history to this year’s Hatherleigh Country Fair – the 1938 Marshall Steam Engine, Works No. 88360.
Built in 1938 by the renowned Marshall, Sons & Co. of Gainsborough, this beautifully preserved steam engine represents the golden age of steam-powered agriculture and transport. A true crowd favourite, you’ll be able to see this incredible machine up close, hear the distinctive sound of steam in action, and admire the craftsmanship that kept Britain moving for generations.
