💚 THANK YOU! 💚

What an incredible day! We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to support Hatherleigh Country Fair.

The response was truly overwhelming, and seeing so many families, exhibitors, traders, competitors, volunteers and supporters enjoying the day made all the hard work worthwhile.

A massive thank you also goes to our volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, entertainers, emergency services, judges and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make the day possible. We simply couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you for helping keep this wonderful tradition alive.

At 12:00 noon, we’re honoured to officially reopen Hatherleigh Country Fair with Sonia Lindsay, who has been part of the local farming community for decades.

Sonia and her sister, Patricia, came to Holmes Farm in 1982, and at the incredible age of 91, she still keeps a flock of Devon Closewool sheep – a true testament to her lifelong dedication to farming and our rural heritage. She will also be display her beautiful Arab Horses here today.

Please join us at the main arena at 12:00 as we celebrate Sonia and officially reopen this year’s Hatherleigh Country Fair. ❤️🐑 🐎

We’re delighted to announce that the fantastic team from The Tally Ho will be running the bar at this year’s Hatherleigh Country Fair!

Whether you’re looking for a refreshing drink while enjoying the arena displays, browsing the trade stands, or catching up with friends and family, The Tally Ho will be keeping everyone well looked after throughout the day.

🎪 The Showground is Taking Shape! 🎪

It’s incredibly exciting to see the first markings going down as we prepare for the return of Hatherleigh Country Fair.

This is our first year bringing the show back, and we’re proud to be rebuilding an event that has been missed by so many. There’s still plenty to do, but seeing the arena, trade stands, exhibitors markings being laid out makes it all feel real.

We’re excited for what this year has in store, and this is just the beginning — our aim is to make the show bigger and better with each passing year.
