We are so very proud of our talented Hassocks cast members who performed in two Indian legend inspired stories in Lewes this February:

This August, Hassocks Drama Collective partnered with HYPE! (Hassocks Youth Project Events) of Hassocks Community Organisation to host an empowering holiday drama workshop, and we’re still buzzing from the energy! 🤩

🎭 Over three creative days, an aspiring group of 8 to 14 year olds tackled improvisation, teamwork games, method acting, and devised brilliant performances on sports themes — from ⚽️ football to 🩰 ballet! Every participant completed the workshops with a celebratory certificate, newfound friends, bolstered confidence and the desire to perform together again 🥳

We are delighted to partner with Hassocks Community Organisation HYPE! (Hassocks Youth Project Events) on these highly anticipated 😎 summer holiday drama workshops 🎭

🗓️ August : Monday 11, Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13
🕒 10am to 1pm on each day

What a phenomenally warm couple of weeks we've had 🌞 Hope you enjoyed a fantastic Early May Bank Holiday weekend also?

Our Junior and Youth 🎭 theatre groups are busy learning lines, cues, and stage directions in preparation for this Saturday's longer rehearsal session all together with our Lewes Drama Collective members in Lewes 🤩
