Last call for entries! Just one day left to enter your beautiful artwork into the Haslemere Art Society’s annual exhibition, taking place 9th - 19th September at Haslemere Museum.

To enter go to our website, link in bio, and you’ll work it out from there. You can join or renew your membership there too.

Deadline is midnight on Sunday 30th August.

If you’ve got some paintings/sculptures/ceramics you’d like to put into our exhibition at Haslemere Museum but you’re feeling tentative like Leo, just do it, you won’t regret it! It’s always a lovely event with a diverse range of artworks and much encouragement from all visitors.

But don’t delay! The deadline for entries is Sunday 30th August. It’s easy to submit online through our website, link in bio. Hand in date is 7th September ready for the Private View on 9th September.

I’m looking forward to seeing Leo’s landscapes.

Don’t forget to enter your artwork to our annual exhibition, deadline for submissions is Sunday 30th August.

Up to three 2D and 3D work accepted. Go to our website, link in bio, to enter. All you need at this stage is the size and title, handing in date of actual work is Monday 7th September.

The exhibition is always held at the wonderful Haslemere Museum. Private View Wednesday 9th September 6-8pm and exhibition continues until 19th September.

If you’re on the fence about entering, this is your encouragement. We’d love to see your work! If you’re not yet a Haslemere Art Society member, you can easily join on website too.

Don’t delay! Late entries will not be accepted.

Get your easels at the ready and pack up your paints for Saturday’s plein air session at beautiful Waggoners Wells. The best place to be on a hot day due to the trees and water. Dappled light, reflections and lots of inspiration to paint.

Free for HAS members, £5 for non-members, first session free. Sonya will be in the car park at 10am and we’ll go from there.

Exactly one month to go until exhibition entries close on 30th August!

Our annual exhibition at the Haslemere Museum is always a great event and a wonderful way to celebrate the eclectic mix of art of our members. If you’re local to Haslemere and surrounding areas and would like to be part of this exhibition, we’d love to welcome you and your artwork in the exhibition, 2D and 3D accepted.

Entries are beginning to come in for our annual exhibition including this exquisite piece by HAS member Libby Daniels. Libby Daniels

Libby is a full-time professional potter and member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen. Working from her home studio near Haslemere she makes decorative and sculptural formed coastal style pots which are each unique with beautifully hand painted surfaces.

The Sussex coast is a strong influence in her work and her pots are inspired by the colours and patterns on the smooth, wave-eroded flint pebbles.
