We are looking to build up an eclectic roster of artists, across all genres. It gives young people a goal, and incentive, a chance to achieve and belong. It also brings the reality of how hard it is to succeed. We have passionate people at Otiss Music, who can mentor, coach and develop talent to its true potential; just because they love what they do. We work with amazing young people across the c
