Its crazy to think that our very first creative unit would possibly fit into our offices now. It took over 8 months to complete, internal renovations of Malcolm Laking (who did a cracking job, considering he had me helping {translates to hindering} him).
We had 2 band rooms, well multi use rooms (recording / photos / videos / rehearsals), splitting down a 4kw PA across 2 rooms, we also had a drum / vocal room squashed in and a store room {the black hole of equipment}. Our recording control room wasnt even the size of a single bed, and anyone rehearsing in the recording room meant that no meetings could take place as you couldn't hear anything, hahahaha.
We learned so much, we laughed so hard, we created music, films and much more because...we could.
If you look at the unit we have now its like going from Orville Wright to Captain Kirk...but by god we were proud of our little unit, so many memories and the sign has pride of place in our current unit.
