🎂✨ 14 YEARS OF K.R.DANCE STUDIOS! ✨🎂

Today we celebrate 14 years of K.R.Dance Studios! 🥹🩷

14 years of tiny dancers becoming incredible performers, friendships that have lasted a lifetime, endless rehearsals, competitions, shows, tears, laughter, achievements and SO many memories.

What started as a little dream has grown into something I couldn’t be prouder of. Every dancer who has walked through our doors has left their own little piece of K.R.Dance behind ans shaped it into what it is today!

To our incredible dancers, parents, teachers, past pupils and everyone who has supported us along the way — thank you. You are what makes K.R.Dance so special.

Here’s to 14 years of dancing, dreaming and believing… and to everything still to come! 🥂

Watching you grow into the talented, confident young woman you are today has been one of the biggest privileges. I’m so incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved, and even prouder that you’re brave enough to take this next step and follow your dream.

It’s definitely going to feel strange not having you in the studio every week, but I know you’re going to absolutely smash it. Urdang is so lucky to have you! ✨

Thank you for all the memories, the laughs, the tears, the hard work and for being such a special part of K.R.Dance. You’ll always be one of my girls, no matter how far you go. ❤️

Yeah… we’ll pass. 👋🏼

At K.R.Dance Studios, keeping our dancers safe is non-negotiable. 💙

Camera's in every classroom and public areas to keep teachers and students safe and to help relax our parents 💜

PS we do not have cameras in toilets or changing areas because that would just be wierd 🙅‍♀️

Our main studio door has a keycode. This is only given to staff, students and parents on a need to know basis! We will not allow random people to wander around the studio.

If you need us, Knock and wait 🤷🏼‍♀️

A camera and light outside the studio facing our car park and the street opposite. We can keep an eye on who is coming and going and any issues that are happening can be dealt with quickly while keeping our students safe!

SMILE 📸

Our safeguarding and child protection policy is available to all parents and staff at the touch of a button 24/7 including how to report a concern and what the steps are 📢

We have a designated changing room with frosted windows. We also have a knock and wait policy for our changing room for students and no adults of any sort are permitted unless prior arrangement has been given from a member of staff ✋️

We have a safer recruitment policy, meaning all our long term staff are DBS Checked, reference checked if they are unknown to us and recieve external and internal safeguarding training. Most of our staff members are also first aid trained and a first aider is always on site!

Principal Kim is the DSL for the studio with Assistant Principal Holly being Vice DSL when kim is not available. We have an easy system for reporting a concern and all concerns are takeb seriously ✨️

Our app has a number of digital consent forms to tick including:

- Photo/Video and social media consent
- Touch Consent for teaching Purposes.
- Leaving the premises consent for older students.

Tyson Simon X CYD? 🔥🔥

What a day, with the absolute icon that is setting our upcoming CYD Main Stage piece.

We first met Tyson when he was judging our Winning Junior piece at CYD? a couple of years ago and after having him in for a workshop last year we just knew we needed him for this piece! He was our first AND only choice!

His choreography, passion and the vibe he brings is exactly what we love at KR and we are so grateful for his time and knowledge today!

Another incredible opportunity has come in for this piece 😍🔥
