Blue Rose Community Choir are still on holiday until Monday 14th September. We are all looking forward to catching up with our Blue Rose family for lots more singing, fun, friendship, lots of laughs and pretty soon Christmas 😃💙🥳🎄🎶🎶
We meet at St Aidan's Church ,10-12 Mondays during term time.

A new month, September, the meteorological start of autumn with the blue aster as it's flower and blue sapphires as the birthstone 💙💙
Our Blue Rose Community Choir is named for a Blue Rose because they do not occur in nature but it doesn't stop people trying to grow them. Blue Rose a unique and gorgeous name for our special inclusive choir family.

Happy Summer Bank Holiday Monday everyone from us all at Blue Rose Community Choir 💙 we hope you have a lovely day.

We are still on holiday from the choir until Monday 14th September 10-12 when we will be back rehearsing in earnest for our much anticipated Christmas Concert on Saturday morning 12th December. Please save the date 🎄🧑‍🎄 xx

New members are always most welcome to come and meet, sing and have lots of fun with our gorgeous, friendly, welcoming inclusive choir 💙

Good morning everyone from Blue Rose Community Choir 💙

This is a short clip of us singing "Summer Holiday", and some of our audience who were excited to be playing pass the parcel at our Summer concert a few weeks ago. The 2 winners each received an inflatable beach ball 🎁🥰😊🎉

We are still on our summer break until Monday 14th September at 10am when we will be starting our Christmas music

Some lovely memories today from a wonderful time recording The Song of the Sea Witch , composed by Michael from Pek and Wanley for the Tall ships races.

Our Blue Rose Community Choir were honoured to record this with Michael in The Studio and it was played at The Tall Ships races alongside a video of someone climbing the rigging of the Tricomalee.
Some of our choir family attended and enjoyed the exhibition 💙🎵🎶💙
We watched the recording and listened to us singing on Virtual Reality headsets.

Blue Rose Community Choir are officially on holiday 🥳💙🤗

We hope all our gorgeous choir family, their loved ones, all our friends. followers and supporters and anyone reading this have a wonderful summer, whatever you may be doing.

Already looking forward to lots more singing in September and preparing for the next BIG event 🩵💙🎄👑🧑‍🎄⛄💙🩵 xx

💙 "SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER" 💙

After a special and very successful Summer Concert earlier this month, Blue Rose Community Choir enjoyed a lovely ' faith brunch' and end of term Summer Party last Monday 💙🥰🫂

We enjoyed a sumptuous spread of home cooked food and savoury items. We did a little singing, played pass the parcel (which the choir couldn't take part in at our concert) with a box of Roses (not Blue) as the prize.

One of our lovely gentlemen members Eric had prepared a fab quiz testing everyone's musical knowledge and we had an excellently behaved special guest. See if you can spot Bonnie with her mum Liz 🥰 xx

We are off now until 14th SEPTEMBER when we will begin our Christmas songs 🎶🎵 and we will be open to new members.
