Our time table is changing!

Our spin pole classes are no longer running🥲 BUT that doesn’t mean we’re no longer teaching spin! Instead, we’ll be incorporating both static and spin pole tricks into our beginner and mixed ability classes. This allows you to progress your spin and static together, building stronger foundations for both💖

We’re also introducing our new Progression Lab! Like our Flex class, this will run as a six week course. Our Progression Labs will focus on you as an individual student, and give you the conditioning techniques to progress your individual pole journey!

All classes can be booked via our website (link in bio). Our beginners, mixed, and heels classes can be booked individually or in 6 week blocks. Our Flex classes and Progression Labs can be booked in 6 week blocks ONLY- so make sure you get booked on!✅💕

Listen up bi***es!

We’re making some changes to how we do things here at The Pole Parlour. Alongside our new timetable changes (more on that soon👀) we’re moving on to teach on a course basis, rather than a class by class model! This means stronger foundations, consistent progression, and increased confidence for our amazing students💕

It also means you can now book classes in 6 week blocks as well as individually, giving you the ability to schedule your pole classes into your week much more easily✅

As always, you can book classes via our website (link in bio). These changes will come into affect starting w/c 15th of June- we can’t wait to get started with you!💖
