I cannot believe it’s been almost 20yrs since completing my PGCE & Qualified Teacher Status at Royal Academy of Dance. I learned so much at was a fantastic teacher training course!😊✨

When you’re teaching dance a lot it it can be hard to motivate yourself to get out and do a class…today the sun was shining and I was encouraged by these two lovely ladies, who organised a morning Red Light Pilates class with the brilliant class instructor Isla! Was a really fun class!😊✨
